Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to the 6th BIO Life Science Congress of the Polish Biochemical Society BIO2025 Poznań, 17-20. September 2025. The BIO congresses and PTBioch meetings have a long-standing tradition reaching back to 1959. It is this annual and then biannual event that brings together life scientists from across Poland to let them present their research and enjoy their scientific passions and interaction with their colleagues.

The pandemic years have had a tremendous impact on the way how scientist interact and communicate their ongoing, not yet published research. With BIO2025 we wish to bring back the joy of in person interaction and rejuvenile the role of BIO for life science in Poland. To this end, we have invited world life science leadears and visionaries to hold keynote lectures. We have also invited many of our Polish colleagues in faith that noone important for life science in Poland will be missing in Poznan. We have prepared an offer of oral talks poster and networking sessions including some career development events for the younger scientist and senior researchers looking for new perspective PhD students and post-docs. Traditionaly, numerous biotech campanies will present their achievments. Hence, we are positive that you will profit from attending the congress.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Poznań at the BIO2025!
