The Student Housing Estate is located near the Winiary and Winogrady districts. In 2009 and 2010, the buildings were renovated and transformed into student dormitories with single and double rooms.
Each room has a private bathroom. The kitchens are located at opposite ends of the floors (there are places to prepare and eat meals). On each floor there is a laundry room and alternating drying rooms and study rooms. Currently, the buildings offer Internet access as part of the Eduroam project (Link opens in a new tab). (cable - socket for each student). Breakfast can be ordered and paid on-site in the local cantine.
