Registration Form

Please complete all registration fields in English. You will receive payment details, payment link, abstract submission link and guidelines by e-mail.
Fields marked with * are obligatory.
You will receive payment details in the e-mail registration confirmation. Please remember that all fees associated with the transfer of the conference fee must be covered by the participant.

Link to the abstract submission system is sent in e-mail confirmation of registration (following successful registration via the registration form). Invited speakers, session chairs, PTBioch board members, other invited guests, and exhibitors receive the link by e-mail from the organizing committee. If you are an invited guest or exhibitor unless you already received the link it will be sent to you by the end of May at the latest.
Registration (and payment as indicated) for the Excursions (Saturday, 20 September) can be done now or later as specified by contacting bok@ppnt.poznan.pl. Register early to secure your slot as these might be limited.
Registration for invited guests and exhibitors is optional. Please only register if you wish to pay for accompanying person(s) to attend congress dinner or if you wish to pay for yourself and the accompanying person(s) to attend facultative trips
